Additional Services

Additional services must be confirmed prior to your appointment to ensure that staff is available. These are additional charges that will be added to your total estimate. Additional are listed below:

Payment

Payment( Cash, Check, Zelle) is due immediately after services are complete. If you plan to leave while a crew is cleaning we request that you pay PRIOR to you leaving. If you decide to allow the crew to clean while you are away from home please leave payment(cash or check) on the kitchen counter. We will not accept post-dated checks. 

Returned Checks: If we receive a returned check a $35 fee must be paid immediately 

Rescheduling an Appointment

A $20 rescheduling fee will be required if an appointment is canceled on the day of service. Should you need to reschedule or cancel a service, we kindly ask that you either text or call before 6:30 PM the day before your scheduled service. Any cancelation pst 8 PM the day before your service will be considered as a same-day cancellation & require a rescheduling fee. 

Policy

We do not allow our staff to clean or handle urine, feces, or change litter boxes. Our equipment will also not be used for picking up/vacuuming debris from litter boxes. Our staff is not allowed to lift, push, pull heavy furniture.
